For those of you wanting to donate, no amount is too small, and to be fair, no amount is too large either. All donations will be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation to fund breast cancer research and cures. In past charity walks such as this one, people have donated based on the amount of miles that the person will be walking.  For example, if you were to donate 5 cents per mile walked, hopefully (based on my success) you’ll end up pledging $132.50 by the end of the trail.  In other instances, people have donated a flat amount, such as $100.00, regardless of if I complete the trail (I’m going to give it everything I’ve got though).  Either way, you are helping a great cause and one that deserves every penny that it receives.  Again, no amount is too small and every bit helps.
